Remington collaborates with Kadro for i-LIGHT Pro mobile app

US-based consumer products company Spectrum Brand’s owned personal care and grooming subsidiary Remington said that it has teamed up with Kadro for the launch of i-LIGHT Pro mobile application for iPhone, Android and iPad along with the US launch of Remington i-LIGHT Pro Intense Pulsed Light Hair Removal System.

FDA cleared and dermatologist recommended i-LIGHT Pro is a light-based system created to offer professional hair removal results at home.

The brand said that the new product release is supported by the new Kadro mobile application for enhanced product purchase and ongoing user experience.

Kadro’s new mobile application has been designed to offer consumers the convenience to utilise iPhone, iPad, or Android mobile device to track and manage treatments with i-LIGHT Pro.

The use of Tone Matcher also will help potential buyers review sample skin tones to determine if i-LIGHT Pro is an appropriate hair removal system for their skin colour, the brand said.

Remington e-commerce manager Ryan Koechel said when the brand released i-LIGHT Pro in the US, it had to consider how mobile technology would be a powerful tool for consumers in both the initial purchase and in its ongoing use.

"The Kadro Mobile solution has helped us create an engaging mobile consumer experience and their team delivered a high level of technical expertise to help us execute on the brand vision for i-LIGHT™ Pro," added Koechel.
