L’Oreal deploys new CRM to support active cosmetics in India

France- based cosmetics manufacturer L’Oreal has deployed Cegedim Relationship Management’s the Mobile Intelligence, cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, to its Active Cosmetics Division (ACD) to support active cosmetics La Roche-Posay and Vichy teams in India.

The new application aids the cosmetics manuafcturer to harness sales force and commercial productivity growth and improve targeting and segmentation strategies through quick information access in the growing market of the country.

L’Oreal said in fast growing and complex Indian market, companies need to quickly capitalise on new growth opportunities.

According to the company, the new software focuses on providing solutions to derma-cosmetic problems by offering products that suit patient needs, cultures and expectations.

The firm said the new application enables a 360-degree customer view and analytical and reporting functionalities that help to improve information access, enabling better decision making and customer relationship building.

Mobile Intelligence provides ready-to-use and interactive reports that help to drive better segmentation strategies for its active cosmetics, said the firm.

ACD-L’Oreal India director Pramesh Arya said with the new Mobile Intelligence their company has the ability to lessen administrative tasks and spend more time interacting with stakeholders.
