LiveAreaLabs gives Lush Cosmetics ecommerce makeover

UK-based handmade beauty products offering firm Lush Cosmetics has partnered with LiveAreaLabs to revamp its three North American ecommerce storefronts to offer newly designed US English, Canadian English, and Canadian French websites in both online and mobile versions.

LiveAreaLabs said that the websites were created using Demandware, an platform designed to empower retailers helping offer tailored shopping experience across all digital channels.

Lush North America CEO Mark Wolverton said that the customer community expects a seamless, fun and positive shopping experience both in the stores and online and with this implementation the firm will be able to focus on the brand experiences the consumers expect.

The company claims that the on-demand model provided by Demandware offers Lush Cosmetics the freedom to develop and support future multi-site deployments to match customer needs.

The firm added that LiveAreaLabs offerings include spanned initial technical consulting, custom development and ongoing support and also web design oversight, to ensure storefront takes complete advantage of Demandware’s powerful functionality.

LiveAreaLabs also implemented a full Gigya to foster high level brand affinity and interaction for its consumer base.
