Green Innovations to acquire global rights to Clearly Herbal Brand Trademarks

Consumer products manufacturer Green Innovations’ wholly-owned subsidiary Green Hygienics has concluded an agreement to acquire the worldwide rights to the Clearly Herbal brand (CHI) trademarks.

According to the agreement, 100% interest in the worldwide rights to the Clearly Herbal brand trademark will be acquired by the US-based Green Hygienics, besides a licensing agreement will be executed by Green Hygienics and CHI providing the latter with the exclusive use of the Clearly Herbal trademarks within the UK.

Clearly Herbal has a range of 100% natural baby care products and is said to be a well-known brand in Western Europe and the UK.

The brand offers Natural Herbal and Bamboo wipes, which are alcohol free, perfume free and lanolin free ranges, said the company.

The brand claims that the products are created using proprietary Fast Rate Biodegradable technology, allowing them to biodegrade back into the environment in weeks rather than years.

Green Innovations CEO Bruce Harmon said the firm’s decision to acquire Clearly Herbal trademarks will allow it provide a wide scope to the level of established brand owner and developer.

"This is an important and positive step forward that we expect will significantly improve our ability to control and rapidly position the popular Clearly Herbal brand of products in the North American market with national retailers and private label suppliers," Harmon added.
