China Glaze introduces new nail care app for iOS devices

American nail care brand China Glaze has unveiled a new China Glaze App for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, which offers multiple features for nail polishes, and utilises the latest technology to transport users into China Glaze’s universe.

According to the brand, the new app includes a ‘Match A Color" feature, which allows the users to ‘Live In Colour’ from the palm of their hands.

Developed using a recent technology, the ‘Match A Color’ option allows user to take a photo of anything they like with their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and then browse through various options, from exact shade matches to related textures from the brand’s treasury of over 300 colours.

The feature promises to allows nail polish enthusiasts to find polish-spiration anywhere at any time.

The app also includes a ‘Try It On’ feature, which helps users to find a China Glaze fitting room, where they can choose shades from the China Glaze product line to try on customisable virtual nails.

China Glaze fitting room claims to allow users to find the requisite shade, which looks good on them by adjusting the nail length and skin tone to match their own hand, and save desired shades to the device’s camera roll for reference.

The new China Glaze new app is also offering options for nail professionals as well salons.

With the new app, professionals can register for product updates and to be listed in the Salon Locator feature, which currently in development for future updates.

The China Glaze App is available for free download from the App Store on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch or at www.AppStore.com.
