US beauty brand Revlon appoints new global brand ambassador

US beauty brand Revlon has signed actress Gal Gadot as its new global brand ambassador.

The company is set to launch multi-media campaign Live Boldly later this month, which will be combined with an experiential marketing approach. Women of different cultures will be invited to take part in open conversations to share their experiences and celebrate diverse beauty.

Gadot said: “Revlon is such an iconic and ground-breaking brand, a champion of women, and I am so happy to be part of this family now.

“There’s a cultural shift happening, which Revlon celebrates, where feminine power is recognized, and I’m so proud that I get to witness and live this amazing change.”

Gadot will represent the brand across media platforms from the beginning of this year, joining four additional brand ambassadors, which will be announced later this month.

Revlon CEO and president Fabian Garcia said: “Gal captures the beauty, strength, modernity and boldness that Revlon represents.

“Gal, and all the new Revlon brand ambassadors, are emblematic of the beauty, determination and attitude that reflects what it is for women to live boldly in today’s world.”

Having entered the beauty market with its nail enamel product in 1932, the brand currently serves consumers across 150 countries with franchises such as ColorStay, Super Lustrous, Revlon Ultra HD and PhotoReady.
