Rituals Cosmetics expands digital reach in US

Global home and beauty firm Rituals Cosmetics has collaborated with Sephora.com as part of its expansion plan in the US.

The partnership allows Sephora.com shoppers to purchase select individual products and gift sets from The Ritual of Sakura collection, and The Ritual of Karma collection.

The Ritual of Sakura blends the delicate sweetness of cherry blossoms with organic rice milk, while the Ritual of Karma collection is designed to instantly enhance one’s mood with luxurious fragrant aromas of Holy Lotus and Organic White Tea.

Rituals Cosmetics said the partnership signals its commitment to reach more consumers in the US with products that help transform daily routines into better moments.

Rituals Cosmetics founder and CEO Raymond Cloosterman said: “Rituals is extremely excited to launch on a platform as coveted and popular as Sephora.com.

“This signifies a major stepping stone for us, as a successful European brand, to introduce our slow-down philosophy to more consumers in the US through our innovative bath and home products.”

The product line of Rituals Cosmetics includes body care, scented candles, fragrance sticks, skin care, precious mineral make-up, and Soulwear.

Rituals opened its first store in Amsterdam in 2000, followed by stores in London, Madrid, Antwerp, Paris, Lisbon, Berlin, Stockholm and New York.

The luxury brand has nearly 880 stores, over 2650 shop-in-shops and four city spas in 33 countries globally.
