Xtreme Lashes chooses NewVoiceMedia to optimise operations

Eyelash extensions developer Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli has chosen sales technology and cloud contact centre provider NewVoiceMedia to enhance its contact centre operations and customer experience.

Under the three-year agreement, Xtreme Lashes’ existing phone system that is believed to lack salesforce integration will be replaced with NewVoiceMedia’s ContactWorld solution.

With intelligent call-routing capabilities, the new solution is expected to allow integration with Xtreme Lashes’ salesforce comprising more than 35,000 Lash Stylists in salons and spas across 34 countries.

Xtreme Lashes' co-founder, president, and chief executive officer (CEO) Jo Mousselli said: “We knew we needed technology that would better enable the unique support we provide our customers, especially as we continue growing.

“In NewVoiceMedia, we recognised a product that was agile enough to solve our challenges, and a partner we could continue to work with as we expand and make changes to our business.”

The intelligent call routing feature of ContactWorld will ensure appropriate direction of customer calls to suitable service agent and enable optimal allocation to meet customer demand. The feature also facilitates dial lists for contacts in particular regions, which will improve internal sales operations.

Xtreme Lashes provides semi-permanent eyelash extensions that are made of synthetic polyester curved to mimic a natural eyelash.
