West Coast Shaving releases new shaving soaps and aftershaves

Men's grooming retailer West Coast Shaving has launched a new collection of shaving soaps and matching aftershaves featuring aromas similar to cologne.

Formulated in alliance with users of the brand, the vegan-friendly soaps are said to have undergone testing and review over a period of several months.

The soaps consist of moisturising and nourishing ingredients to ensure good lather and are hot-processed before pouring into a wide mouth container to facilitate straight loading of the product to a shaving brush. 

In addition to cologne aromas, the aftershaves include standard elements for cleansing and toning. Four of the five released soap scents have a matching aftershave.

In March this year, the online men's grooming retailer launched a new range of wet shaving brushes in three different handle styles and hair grades.

Designed to feature resin and acrylic handles, the brush range includes black, ivory and tortoise colours. Additional options of pure badger, long-lasting synthetic badger and premium silvertip are also available.

The brushes have been designed to be around 24mm-26mm to allow a healthy lather, while the heads are densely knotted and set deep in the handle to enable durability and comfort.
