VI Aesthetics introduces VI Derm HQ Plus to reduce pigmentation

Manufacturer of painless chemical skin peels, VI Aesthetics has launched VI Derm HQ Plus.

Millions of people worldwide suffer from pigmentation, especially darker skin types. This problem is estimated to impact more than five million people in the US alone.

The company claims the cream includes clinically proven brighteners and botanicals to brighten and even skin tone.

VI Derm HQ Plus' 2% hydroquinone formula contains targeted tyrosinase inhibitors, which are designed to block melanin formation, degrade melansomes, and inactivate melanocytes.

It aims to reduce pigmentation and skin redness in around two weeks, while studies indicate that at four weeks there is a significant reduction of pigmentation by 14%.
