US’ Usana introduces Celavive skincare collection

US-based nutritional firm Usana has introduced new skincare line Celavive.

Celavive products are formulated with Usana InCelligence, a cell-signalling technology designed to trigger the body’s natural ability to counteract visible ageing. The skincare system is designed to stimulate youth-preserving natural communications between skin cells, which are activated using various nutrient combinations.

The new products also contain Olivol Botanical Blend, a combination of fruit extracts that are claimed to have been clinically demonstrated to provide 24 hours of hydration with one application.

Usana marketing and public relations vice-president Ashley Collins said: "We're thrilled to include our cell-signalling technology in our new skincare line.

"Celavive is going to revolutionise the skincare market, providing consumers with the unique ability to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve the look of tone and texture in their skin."

Usana plans to launch the entire range of Celavive products early next year.

With a manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City, the firm’s portfolio includes personal care products, supplements, and healthcare offerings.
