UK’s Asos to launch own makeup range

UK-based online beauty and fashion store Asos is set to launch a new makeup collection this month.

Targeting customers aged between 20 and 30 years, the new Asos Make-Up collection will include a total of 46 products featuring bright colours with affordable prices.

Including matte lipsticks, liquid lipsticks, eye shadows, eyeliners, mascara, bronzers, highlighters, contouring sets, and blushes, the collection will be available in pale pink packaging.

ctvnews.com quoted Asos stating in a press release: "At Asos, we want to empower 20-somethings to confidently be themselves, however they choose to do so.

“We believe your face and body are a canvas, an adventure in individual self-expression, an opportunity to experiment and play.”

In addition to its new collection, the firm will continue to sell products of other makeup brands such as Nars, Bourjois, Maybelline, and Paul & Joe Beauté.

According to Teen Vogue, the firm is relaunching its Asos Beauty as Asos Face + Body, and plans to introduce a second wave of products in January next year.
