The PrettyPout introduces new range of cosmetics products

Cosmetic brand The PrettyPout has introduced a new range of make-up and lipcare products claimed to be 100% paraben-free and made of natural and organic ingredients.

The PrettyPout's founder and chief executive officer Andrea Marie Geroldi said: "When I look at the marketing my nieces and other women are exposed to in this industry, I worry about how it may impact them, the people we are supposed to be admiring and how certain marketing tactics can sometimes make us feel.

"I researched and learned so much about the psychology behind these marketing strategies and I thought, 'This isn't good enough for us.'"

Ingredients used in the development of the brand's products include aloe, rosehip oil, marula oil, and shea butter. The lip balms and lip scrubs can also be used as a mask and are handmade.

The PrettyPout also develops products such as lip glosses and accessories including make-up bags, gratitude journals and reversible headbands.

The brand intends to launch organic lipsticks and paraben-free lip liners in the near future.

PrettyPout names its products after inspiring women.
