The Estee Lauder Companies announces executive changes

Estée Lauder Companies has made changes in the senior management.

Jean-Guillaume Trottier has been promoted as global brand president for Jo Malone London.

Trottier will serve as a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Julie Van Ongevalle has been appointed as senior vice president/global general manager for Origins. This change will become effective from 1 October.

Van Ongevalle will report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, who is group president of The Estée Lauder Companies.

She will join the company’s executive leadership team.

Trottier  has been global general manager of Jo Malone London since 2012. Under his leadership, brand sales have doubled globally in the last three years. He was able to launch Jo Malone London in key markets including Brazil, Korea, China, Israel and the Philippines.

Julie Van Ongevalle became marketing director of Clinique, Benelux in 2004 and during her tenure she has been responsible for the launch of Origins in the Netherlands.

She was also senior vice-president, general manager of MAC in North America, where she was able to build strong retailer relationships.
