Smashbox Cosmetics and actress Shay Mitchell launch new eye palettes range

US-based brand Smashbox Cosmetics has launched new range of eye palettes Cover Shot in collaboration with actress Shay Mitchell.

The range includes six eye shadows and two base shades. These palettes vary from subtle to dark, reported people.com.

The eye palette themes include Smoky, Softlight, Metallic, Matte, Golden Hour, Ablaze, and Bold.

Softlight is designed to offer a glow and is targeted at those who prefer to wear light makeup. In addition to being used as an eye palette, Metallic can help to highlight cheekbones.

Matte offers a natural or smoky look but renders no shine. Golden Hour can also be used to get a softer smoky eye look and can be blended with other palettes.

Ablaze comes in warm tones such as red clay and is meant for daily use, while Bold is suitable for festivals or parties.

To be available on Sephora.com for $29 on Cyber Monday, this range will then be held back until 15 December.
