Revlon appoints former Estée Lauder executive to lead global corporate communications

Revlon has appointed Pamela Gill Alabaster to lead its global corporate communications and corporate social responsibility function.

Alabaster will be responsible for managing global internal and external communications, public affairs and corporate social responsibility in line with the company’s business strategy.

She will report to Revlon president and CEO Fabian Garcia.

Prior to joining Revlon, Alabaster was with Estée Lauder Companies where she recently served as global corporate responsibility vice-president and was responsible for developing strategic framework for its corporate responsibility programme.

Before that, she had a two-decade career at L’Oréal where she held various senior leadership marketing and management roles.

Revlon is a manufacturer of cosmetics, hair colour, care and treatments, beauty tools, men’s grooming, anti-perspirant deodorants, fragrances, skincare, and other beauty care products.
