Perfect365 collaborates with makeup artist Kabuki for digital makeup

Beauty brand Perfect365 has partnered with makeup artist Kabuki to enhance its free digital platform.

Kabuki's clients include celebrities such as Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Bella Hadid, Gwen Stefani, Gigi Hadid, and Kendall Jenner.

Kabuki said: “Digital beauty is causing a monumental shift in the makeup industry, and Perfect365 is driving this evolution. Women are taking charge of their own beauty; they are experimenting and exploring and trying on new looks they never thought possible.

Perfect365 and Kabuki are planning to partner on a new project expected to be unveiled later this year.

Perfect365 utilises advanced face detection technology to allow virtual makeup placement both on photos and in live video. The ability of the app to identify where to apply eyeshadow, how to contour the cheekbones, where to place eyeliner, and where to apply lashes allows it to provide a realistic makeup design.

In addition to more than 200 one-tap makeup looks and 20 customisable tools, Perfect365 also offers clothing and accessory recommendations, as well as hair styles and step-by-step tutorials for recreating these looks in real-life.
