Nutrinovate to integrate Evolva’s resveratrol in Reserol skincare range

Sweden-based Nutrinovate is set to formulate its Reserol ageing skincare collection using Evolva’s Veri-te resveratrol ingredient.

Designed as a dietary supplement to promote healthy ageing, Reserol features a combination of functional film technology (FFT) with resveratrol, which is claimed to improve skin elasticity and smoothness, as well as minimise age spots and wrinkle depth.

Nutrinovate’s FFT is a dissolvable oral film strip system developed to allow direct delivery of functional ingredients to the bloodstream through the inside of the cheek.

Developed using a yeast fermentation process, Veri-te resveratrol is an odourless and tasteless ingredient.

In addition to skincare, the ingredient can be used for cosmetics, personal care products, and energy and wellness drinks.

Resveratrol is said to protect from environmental stressors and has applications in bone and cardiovascular health, blood glucose control, and healthy cognitive function.

Available in plain and mint flavours, Reserol is currently sold online through its dedicated website and at two Swedish pharmacy chains, with plans to expand to the UK in the near future.
