M&As this week: Ascendis Health, TSI Holdings, iBosses Corporation

Ascendis Health has announced that it will acquire a majority stake in Scitec International (Scitec Nutrition), a Hungary-based sports nutrition company, for €170m ($190.68m).

Ascendis will pay €150m ($168.27m) at the closure of the transaction, while the remaining will be paid a year after completion of the transaction.

Ascendis Health is a leading health and care company, providing products for animals, plants and humans.

Australian entrepreneurship training provider iBosses Corporation has announced the acquisition of a 30% stake in SD Perfume Holdings, a perfume wholesaler in Singapore for a purchase consideration of A$0.6m ($0.43m).

TSI Holdings, a manufacturer and seller of clothing and accessories, is considering the acquisition of a 70% stake in Laline JAPAN, a Japanese online bath and body care product provider.
