MAC Cosmetics to launch MAC Makeup Art Cosmetics line

MAC Cosmetics has collaborated with three makeup artists Diane Kendal, Jame Kaliardos and Kabuki to launch MAC Makeup Art Cosmetics.

MAC Makeup Art Cosmetics is a line consisting of 50 pieces that will be launched early next year, reported Wwd.com

Creative director James Gages was quoted by Buro247.sg as saying: "Makeup professionals embody the spirit and heritage of the M.A.C culture.

"Legendary makeup artists Kabuki, James Kaliardos and Diane Kendal have been a part of the M.A.C family for many years, keying our shows at fashion weeks around the globe and working on our various visual campaigns.

"It was only natural that we collaborate with these artistic visionaries, each revealing their distinct makeup personalities, on an extensive 50 piece collection."

Kaliardos’s collection will include silver lipstick and glosses. He has worked with celebrities such as Beyonce, Angelina Jolie and Nicole Kidman.

UK-born makeup artist Kabuki offerings will include blue cream eye shadow, red lip colour and a bronzer and blush compact.

Kendal’s offerings will include smudgy black eye crayon and bronze tinted strobing stick.

Kendal was quoted by wwd.com as saying: "We all have our own distinct styles which will compliment and showcase the collection to its fullest."
