L’Occitane renews partnership with subscription service OrderGroove

French cosmetics firm L’Occitane has renewed its partnership with subscription service OrderGroove.  

The cosmetics company partnered with OrderGroove in 2013, following which it had seen its returns on investment grow, with 42% increase in annual year-over-year subscription revenue and 95% subscriber retention rate month-over-month.

L’Occitane Digital and CRM assistant vice-president Thalie Farinaud said: "E-commerce is a key element of our business strategy, and we are obviously pleased with the results we see with OrderGroove.

Busineses into subscription model have seen the fastest growth in e-commerce last year, reported Globalcosmeticsnews.com.

According to AdAge, CPG e-commerce sales grew 42% in 2015, much higher than the total growth in e-commerce.
