JAKKS Pacific acquires C’est Moi

US-based designer, manufacturer and marketer of toys and consumer products JAKKS Pacific has acquired kids cosmetics brand C’est Moi.

C’est Moi targets kids from four to 12-years-old.

The brand's skincare and performance makeup lines are claimed to be safe and allergy-free for younger skin as it uses kid-friendly and quality natural ingredients.

Its skincare line includes facial cleansers, moisturisers, sunscreen.

The toxic-free ingredients are manufactured in France.

C’est Moi's makeup line includes a complete palette of eye shadows, liners, powders, lip glosses, mascaras, nail polishes and more.

This line is manufactured in several countries in the European Union.

C’est Moi is distributed in Singapore, Dubai, Australia and Malaysia.

JAKKS plans to continue with the current members of the C’est Moi management team to aid it in expanding the business and the planned launch of the C’est Moi brand globally in 2017.

"Over the years, we have acquired and internally developed and marketed products outside of the toy category including stationery, pet supplies, kids furniture, costumes and more."
