H2O+ Beauty launches MiLi Moisture Meter tool to measure skin hydration levels

US-based skincare technology provider H2O+ Beauty has introduced a new tool to accurately track skin hydration levels.

The new MiLi Moisture Meter provides information about a consumers' skin moisture levels and advises solutions for underhydrated skin.

H2O+ Beauty's chief executive officer (CEO) Joy Chen said: "The MiLi Moisture Meter further realises our overarching goal of meeting the needs of today's consumer with products that are clinically proven to boost hydration.

"Our consumers are well-informed and tech-savvy, seeking a deeper understanding of the myriad products vying for their attention, yet often unaware of their skin's true hydration level.

"We are able to satisfy their need with this new tool, inspired by the tracking capabilities of wearable fitness technology, and prove our authority as a leader in hydration."

The careful measurement capabilities of the tool help consumers tailor their skincare routines to their exact needs.

The MiLi Moisture Meter is currently available as a free gift with purchase of any Oasis Hydrating Treatment or Oasis Ultra Hydrating Cream. It will also be available for purchase as a bundle with these two products, starting in June.

A study conducted by H2O+ Beauty in February this year revealed that a majority of Americans failed to protect skin against pollution, despite knowledge of harmful effects. Figures released by the company show that only 33% of the population purchase skincare products to protect their skin against pollution and other environmental stressors.
