Fantastic Sams selects Ingenico’s EPX solution for haircare salons in North America

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color has selected Ingenico’s Electronic Payment Exchange (EPX) solution to ensure secure payments at its 1,100 salons in North America.

The chain will upgrade point of sale (POS) terminals with iCT 250 smart terminals powered by EPXPay, which provides encryption, tokenisation technology, and end-to-end processing services for secure card transactions.

The solution will protect the firm’s customer data with a multi-layered security approach at every phase of the transaction. It is expected to enable Fantastic Sams to accept Europay, MasterCard and Visa (EMV) chip and pin, EMV chip and sign, and magstripe transactions, as well as minimise scope of payment card industry (PCI) compliance.
