essie introduces nine new nail polishes in neutral shades

US-based luxury cosmetics developer essie has introduced nine new nude nail polishes.

Available at salons, beauty destinations, and essie.com, the new collection's neutral sheer and saturated cream shades are said to be suitable for any skintone.

The sheer skinny dip shade is a light peach pink with a slight hint of black, while the cream shades include an apricot tone, with a grey cast called bare with me; a light tan with a wash of white called wild nude; a clean light gray called without a stitch; a light shadowy blue with an undertone of black called mooning; and a mossy green with a slight white overcast called exposed.

Other shades include a light cinnamon brown with a hint of red called truth or bare; a natural sienna brown called clothing optional; and a dark purple with a grayish tone named winning streak.

essie's new collection retails at $9 per bottle. In March this year, essie introduced a line of six nail polishes inspired by Baja located in California, US.

The saturated crèmes and vibrant polishes include on the roadie, backseat besties, b'aha moment, designated DJ, all the wave, and excuse me, sur.

Founded in 1981, essie offers more than 1,000 nail polish shades to beauty professionals, celebrities, and fashion icons.
