Deals this week: Lifes2good and L Catterton

Lifes2good has announced the sale of hair restoration brand Viviscal to Church & Dwight for €150m ($161.2m).

Lifes2good is a health and beauty brand, while Church & Dwight is a household, personal care, and specialty products manufacturer.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

L Catterton has announced an investment in Brazilian laser hair removal company, Grupo Espaçolaser.

L Catterton is a private equity company based in the US. The investment will aid in the growth of Grupo Espaçolaser.
