Henkel & Company has announced a public offering of bonds due 12 June 2020 to raise $600m.

The bonds carry a coupon rate of 2% a year.

Estée Lauder has announced a partnership with ModiFace to provide customers with virtual try-on of its products on web and mobile e-commerce platforms.

The try-on feature will use light field rendering technology to modify lighting when taking a photo or video.

Estée Lauder is a cosmetics company based in the US, while ModiFace is a beauty technology provider based in Canada.
