Deals this week: Coty and The Glam App

Coty has signed a £130m ($163m) global licensing deal with Burberry for rights to its luxury fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare products.

As part of the deal, Coty will develop, manufacture, and distribute Burberry products after the purchase of approximately £50m ($62.72m) worth of inventory.

The transaction will enable Burberry, a luxury fashion brand based in the UK, to drive growth and deliver creative solutions to its customers.

The Glam App has announced its partnership with the W Las Vegas lifestyle hotel to offer room services to hotel guests.

The Glam App is a US-based online beauty platform that offers a range of services including make-up applications and manicures.
