Context has secured a growth equity investment from Volta Global, a private investment company.

The firm plans to use these funds to expand its business into the lifestyle beauty sectors such as colour cosmetics, wellness, and home.

Both the companies involved in the deal are based in the US.

Bertshire has announced plans to exclusively distribute Microskin’s products across Italy.

Bertshire is a specialist distributor based in Italy, while Microskin is a second-skin products producer based in the US.
