Allergan upgrades digital loyalty programme for better consumer experience

Ireland-based aesthetic and pharmaceutical products developer Allergan has launched the upgraded Brilliant Distinctions programme to enhance consumer experience and member engagement in the US.

The programme features new digital innovations and will include the firm’s aesthetic portfolio comprising CoolScuplting, Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm Fillers, Latisse and SkinMedica brands.

CoolScuplting is a body treatment designed to non-invasively freeze fat in specific body areas, while Botox Cosmetic with onabotulinumtoxinA is formulated to address moderate to severe crow's feet and frown lines between the eyebrows in adults.

The Juvéderm Collection of Fillers is intended to correct age-related volume loss in cheek area of adults and Latisse is formulated to grow eyelashes in people with inadequate or less amount of lashes.

SkinMedica is a cosmetic skincare range that includes sunscreens, moisturisers, acne system and lotion, face wash and toner.

The upgraded Brilliant Distinctions programme features updated mobile application, a longer period to redeem points and user-friendly online dashboard.

In addition to the programme, the firm has introduced an e-commerce platform called Brilliant Connections for online purchase of SkinMedica products.
