M&As this week: Tengram Capital, Neovia, Marvinpac

Tengram Capital Partners has completed an acquisition of Lime Crime.

Through the acquisition, Tengram Capital Partners intends to launch new products, introduce new categories and improve customer experiences worldwide.

Tengram Capital Partners is a private equity firm, while Lime Crime is a makeup brand with a presence in the US, Singapore and the UK. Both the companies are based in the US.

Lime Crime’s product portfolio includes Unicorn Lipstick, Velvetines ultra-matte liquid lip craze, Diamond Crushers lip toppers and Unicorn Hair. The products are available at different retailers, including Bloomingdales, Riley Rose, Cult Beauty FeelUnique, Selfridges and Ulta.com.

Neovia has completed an acquisition of Hi Nutrients.

Neovia will become a majority shareholder in Hi Nutrients upon completion of the deal.

Founded in 2004, Hi Nutrients produces premixes, vitamins and minerals for poultry, dairy cows and aquaculture.

The acquisition enables Neovia to expand its footprint in the African market for demographic and economic growth.

Marvinpac has acquired a minority stake in Strand Cosmetics Europe.

Established in 1999, Marvinpac is a Swiss firm engaged in the contract packing of food, cosmetics and beauty care products, as well as watches, leather goods and writing instruments.

Based in France, Strand Cosmetics Europe is a contract producer of cosmetics.

Both the companies will combine their expertise, synergies and complementarities to meet the requirements of the global cosmetics market.
