M&As this week: PNC RiverArch, Algatechnologies, New World Natural Brands

PNC RiverArch Capital has completed the acquisition of The Tranzonic Companies from Silver Oak Services Partners for an undisclosed sum.

Tranzonic Companies produces consumable maintenance, cleaning, safety and hygiene products, while PNC RiverArch Capital and Silver Oak Services Partners are private equity companies.

Silver Oak Services Partners selected BB&T Capital Markets as financial advisor and Locke Lord as legal advisor for the transaction, which enables PNC RiverArch Capital to expand its sales team.

All the companies involved in the acquisition are based in the US.

Algatechnologies has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Supreme Health New Zealand.

Based in Israel, Algatechnologies is a biotechnology firm engaged in the production of natural astaxanthin for nutraceuticals and food applications. Supreme Health is a producer of natural health products.

The transaction enables Algatechnologies to offer its astaxanthin and other algae-based products in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market.

New World Natural Brands has completed the acquisition of Baetea from WebsiteCloser and ValleyBiggs.

Baetea is a teatox and skincare consumer products firm.

New World Natural Brands is owned by EFR, C3 Capital Partners and a group of private investors.

Website Closers is the world’s largest technology and internet business brokerage firm, while ValleyBiggs is a technology, internet and website mergers and acquisitions (M&A) consulting company. Website Closers also owns beauty and lifestyle brand BaeBody

All the companies involved in the acquisition are based in the US.
