M&As this week: Emami Limited, Knowlton Development Corp

Emami Limited has acquired a 30% stake in men’s grooming products retailer Helios Lifestyle.

The acquisition enables the natural skincare and healthcare products provider to enter the online male personal care product market.

Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in India.

Knowlton Development Corp has acquired US-based health and beauty-care products contract manufacturer Northern Labs.

The acquisition enables Knowlton Development Corp to expand its product portfolio.
