Makeup brand Antonym introduces new eyebrow pencil

US cosmetics brand Antonym Cosmetics has launched a new eyebrow pencil.

The pencil is available in blonde, medium brown and dark brown shades, with a broad range of tones. Users shade their eyebrows with the pencil, followed by gentle upward and outward brushing with a spoolie brush.

According to the brand, the eyebrow pencil is made with natural ingredients that are certified by Ecocert, an organic certification organisation.

Antonym founder Valerie Giraud said: “Eyebrows have a huge impact on the overall look of the face. One could argue that they are the most important feature, defining and balancing a look.

“I wanted to create an all-natural alternative that is highly pigmented and ideal for shaping, filling-in and defining eyebrows with a smooth application and rich colour payoff. The eyebrow pencil also includes a spoolie brush and a sharpener, so it is a very practical tool.”

Claimed to be highly pigmented and long-lasting, the eyebrow pencil is formulated with plant-based ingredients, Jojoba oil, Shea butter, Marula oil and vitamins C and E.

The product is said to be dermatologically tested, preservative free, vegan and gluten-free.

Founded in 2010, Antonym produces organic makeup line made with certified natural products.
