HatchBeauty Brands acquires Duncan Cosmetics

HatchBeauty Brands, a US-based beauty and wellness incubator, has acquired Duncan Cosmetics, the beauty brand portfolio of Duncan Enterprises.

The portfolio of brands of Duncan Cosmetics consists of Lique, Tattoo Junkie, Remi Rose and BE Beauty Essentials.

These products are retailed at Urban Outfitters, Kohls, Dollar Tree and Target.

Duncan Cosmetics’ products are claimed to cater to Gen X, Millennial and Gen Z consumers.

Later this year, HatchBeauty Brands plans to launch a celebrity-founded skincare and supplement line. It also plans to expand its NatureWell brand to include a range of supplements, in early 2021.
