Elizabeth Arden launches March On campaign for women

Beauty brand Elizabeth Arden has launched an integrated marketing campaign designed to celebrate women’s achievements.

Called March On, the campaign will see a limited-edition release of the brand’s lipstick Red Door Red shade, which will feature actress Reese Witherspoon’s signature on its packaging.

The campaign will also urge its customers to donate to UN Women, aiming to raise $1m. UN Women works to address women’s issues worldwide.

Elizabeth Arden global marketing senior vice-president Kara Langan said: “March On honours this legacy not only with a philanthropic donation, but also with a campaign that asks women to unite to help each other achieve their full potential.”

Reese Witherspoon said: “By bringing UN Women, Elizabeth Arden and women everywhere together, we can help change women’s lives around the world for the better.

“I have the unique privilege to not only tell these women’s stories through my production company, as well as my relationship with Elizabeth Arden, but I also get to encourage them to share their own stories through March On.”

The ongoing campaign includes social content, public relations, in-store activations and promotion of the brand’s limited-edition lipstick, which will be available from this month online and at department stores worldwide.
