DKSH to expand Coty’s professional haircare products in Singapore and Malaysia

DKSH has partnered with Coty Professional Beauty to expand its wide range of professional haircare products in Singapore and Malaysia.

The market expansion services provider’s consumer goods business unit will support Coty in improving and increasing its distribution capacity to access customers in Asia.

DKSH will also help improve Coty’s delivery schedule and inventory visibility, as well as expand the availability of its international brands.

DKSH’s consumer goods business unit’s chief commercial officer and head Martina Ludescher said: “Through this partnership with DKSH, Coty Professional Beauty is entrusting the distribution to a regional expert with more than 150 years of experience in the Asian markets and an omni-channel approach that offers a one-stop regional solution for its clients.

“DKSH provides customised services and a deep capillary distribution network that guarantees the direct-to-store distribution of Coty’s international brands in the two Asian markets.”

Under the terms of the agreement, DKSH will provide distribution, logistics and sales order processing across Coty’s salons. The collaboration covers several professional haircare products and consumer brands, including Wella Professionals, System Professional, Nioxin and Sebastian Professional.

Coty Professional Beauty South East Asia and Korea business unit lead Rui-Yuan Chen said: “With this strategic partnership, we will improve Coty Professional Beauty’s service level to more salons across Asia.

“We rely on DKSH’s efficient distribution network to deliver our products faster, more accurately, with quality after-sales services in Singapore and Malaysia.”

Currently, DKSH is working jointly with Coty’s consumer beauty division to distribute brands such as Adidas body care and fragrances in Thailand.
