Delta Brands Acquires PCP’s Beauty Care and Homeware Businesses

US-based beauty care and household products manufacturer Delta Brands has acquired Personal Care Products’ (PCP) assets.

Carried out through a newly formed affiliate, the acquisition adds PCP brands such as Lucky Super Soft, Personal Care, Baby Love, Shea Solutions and My Fair Baby and Clarisse to Delta’s health, beauty and household care portfolio.

Delta Brands executive vice-president Erol Benjenk said: “By joining these great legacy brands pioneered and marketed by PCP for 35 years with the fastest growing value brands owned by Delta, we will be able to provide our customers an unprecedented breadth of high quality value-priced everyday consumable products at the most competitive prices and terms.

“This collection of brands offers consumers a wide range of personal care products and kitchen and bathroom supplies. From now on, our customers’ ability to source even more categories of consumables from a single supplier increases, and our multiple warehouses across the US bring products even closer to the end users.
