Deals this week: Titan Biotech, Korres

Titan Biotech intends to raise funds by issuing bonds, debentures and securities on preferential basis.

Based in India, Titan Biotech is a producer of biological products for different applications including pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, beverages, cosmetics, veterinary and animal feed.

Korres has entered an investment agreement with North Haven Private Equity Asia IV.

Managed by Morgan Stanley and Profex, the deal will see Korres contribute 30% of its shares in exchange for an equal amount of Nissos Holdings’ shares.

NHPEA and Profex will also buy 56% and 14% of Nissos shares, respectively.

Korres has concurrently entered a license and supply agreement with Profex to market its products in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
