Deals this week: Peerfit, Ethical Investment Fund, Beautycounter

Peerfit has announced that it has raised $10.31m in Series B funding.

Based in the US, Peerfit provides a digital platform for people regarding health, fitness and wellness.

Ethical Investment Fund has reached an agreement to increase its stake in Trilogy International by 1% to 10.4%.

CITIC Capital Partners was the adviser to Trilogy for the transaction.

Based in Australia, Trilogy is a manufacturer and wholesaler of home fragrance, body care and natural skincare products, while Ethical Investment Fund is a private equity fund managed by Australian Ethical Investment.

Beautycounter has announced a strategic investment from Mousse Partners.

The transaction enables cosmetics firm Beautycounter to increase investments in technology, improve digital and brand marketing, and develop omnichannel business.

Based in the US, Beautycounter offers skincare, colour cosmetics, advanced anti-ageing therapies, baby products and personal care products.
