Arcade Beauty opens new facility in France to fill mini-dose and single-dose cosmetics

Arcade Beauty has opened a new facility to meet growing demands for mini-dose and single-dose products.

Located in Val de Reuil, France, the new Biopack factory will produce mini and single-portion cosmetics, as well as personal care products.

It is said that these products are growing in demand as they are considered to be convenient for on-the-go applications.

The new facility features an ISO-standard cleanroom, which provides a controlled atmosphere with pressurised and filtered air. Utilising advanced machinery, the room will be used for the filling of cosmetic doses.

The new equipment can fill tubes, including mascara, jars, bottles, pumps and other mini-product and single-dose applicators.

Arcade Beauty Europe general manager Carl Allain was quoted by Premiumbeautynews.com as saying: “Mini and single-use products have become a must-have of modern life.

“Practical and hygienic, they are consumer favourites for beauty on-the-go, for travel, sports or the office.

“For brands, they are an ideal way to introduce consumers to a new perfume, make-up or skincare product under the best conditions and for a very low cost.”

In 2018, the company also intends to make more investments in over-the-counter (OTC) product packaging to ensure washing, storage and other aspects comply with good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Arcade Beauty has manufacturing facilities in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
