Ancora invests in natural colour cosmetics brand Vapour Organic Beauty

US-based Ancora Investment has partnered with natural colour cosmetics company Vapour Organic Beauty to help develop the brand.

Founded by botanical expert Krysia Boinis and artist Kristine Keheley, Vapour Organic Beauty is claimed to use organic ingredients, with focus on transparency and sustainability.

The company aims to support inclusive beauty across the range of ages, races and genders.

Boinis said: “With Ancora, we have chosen true partners who are as committed to the Vapour brand vision as we are. We’re elated to have the opportunity to evolve and expand Vapour with these amazing women.”

This investment is Ancora’s second in the natural colour cosmetics category.

Ancora was founded through a partnership between Lori Perella Krebs, Nicky Kinnaird and Winona Capital, a consumer private equity firm.

Ancora focuses on early-stage brands in health, beauty and wellness categories and provides operational and strategic guidance.
