Customised drying and mixing equipment
Tapasya’s range of drying solutions includes fluid bed equipment (FBE), the tray dryer, and roto cone vacuum dryer. All three machines have their own advantages, making them suitable for industry-specific demands.
FBEs are designed with a working pressure of 2bar at 80°C, which enhances drying capabilities by 18%-20%. Multi-capacity tray dryers feature covered drives with a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter inlet. They are designed for easy operation and minimal maintenance.
The roto cone vacuum dryer is made for heat-sensitive products and low-temperature operations. It can be equipped with a thermal medium system and is ideal for drying chemical materials and food products.
