Germany’s skincare brand Malu Wilz forays into India

German Artdeco Group’s skincare brand Malu Wilz is reportedly set to launch in India.

The brand has collaborated with Kaunis Marketing Services to devise and implement strategic plans to increase its footprint in the country.

According to thehindubusinessline.com, the brand will introduce 59 face care units, which will target women aged 30 and above, girls above 16, and men above 20.

The products will be initially available at Malu Wilz stores in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Delhi, with plans to expand to 26 stores by the end of this year.

It was further reported that the launch will see an investment of more than €100,000.

Malu Wilz Beaute managing director Claudia Steinberger told the newspaper: “Subsequently, between 40% and 50% of our revenue will be invested in marketing, which involves a lot of product sampling.

“We have hydration and anti-ageing products for women, anti-stress balms, and energy fluid products for men, and our young care range for girls consists of oil control cream, moisturising cream, anti-spot sticks, and washing gels.”

The brand is said to be available at 3,000 German beauty spas and salons, along with distribution networks in 29 countries.

Malu Wilz portfolio includes 60 face care and 15 bodycare products, as well as various other offerings formulated specifically for professional beauty salons and spas.

Earlier this year, Artdeco Group also introduced its colour cosmetics brand BeYu in India.
