This hand-tuned shaver comes with sustainable black and white ebony wood and is capped with chrome fittings.

Its handle works with the popular line of Gillette Mach 3 and Venus blades.

Bayer sells sun care brand Coppertone to Beiersdorf

German pharmaceutical and life sciences company Bayer sold the sun care brand Coppertone to personal care products manufacturer Beiersdorf for $550m.

In May, Beiersdorf reached a definitive agreement to purchase Coppertone business from Bayer.

The sale completion follows the meeting of mandatory customary closing conditions and the receipt of antitrust approval.

Swisse claimed that its beauty brands are formulated using botanicals, antioxidants, vitamins and naturally sourced ingredients.

Available in four different versions, the masks are made with premium ingredients and are claimed to be 95% natural, without sulfates, parabens or any harsh chemicals.
