Solésence partners with beauty brand Colorescience

US-based manufacturer Solésence has collaborated with beauty brand Colorescience to develop products for skincare and protection.

Under the partnership, Solésence will develop sunscreen products exclusively for Colorescience by using patented mineral skincare actives technology.

Solésence's vice-president Kevin Cureton said: “Colorescience is leading the fusion between colour cosmetics and skin protection.

“We’re thrilled to support their efforts to continue to expand their portfolio, with products that enable customers to have healthy and beautiful skin.”

Solésence stated that the collaboration marks the first use of its technology in the beauty industry.

Colorescience's chief business officer Ted Ebel said: “This collaboration is another step forward for us as we seek to strengthen the technology behind our leading colour cosmetics and skincare products.

“We look forward to utilising Solésence’s groundbreaking technology to the benefit of both our customers and our investors.”

At present, Colorescience Sunforgettable Brush-on Sunscreen SPF 30 and 50, 3-in-1 Skin Perfecting Primers, Tint du Soleil Whipped Foundation and the Mineral Corrector Palette  are available on Ulta.com.
