Deals this week: Unilever and Solesence

Unilever plc has announced the pricing of £350m ($439.03m) in a bonds offering due 3 February 2022 on the sterling market.

The bonds include 1.125% fixed-rate notes guaranteed by Unilever N.V. and Unilever United States, Inc.

UK-based consumer goods company Unilever plc will use the funds raised towards general corporate expenses.

Solésence has announced its collaboration with Colorescience to develop sunscreen products using its mineral skincare technology.

US Skincare manufacturer Solésence will develop products exclusively for Colorescience, which is also located in the US.
