Beauty Systems Group launches new haircare lines

Sally Beauty’s Beauty Systems Group has introduced a new range of haircare lines from Guy Tang and Pravana across its stores.

The new haircare line from professional stylist Guy Tang is an expansion of existing hair colour brand #mydentity.

The expanded line includes new haircare products that extend vibrant colour tones. The products are available across the Beauty Systems Group platforms in the US and Canada.

Pravana’s new products are developed to expand the brand’s current hair colour line, which was introduced by Beauty Systems Group in November last year. It is available across CosmoProf and Armstrong McCall branded stores in the US.

Beauty Systems Group has also introduced a reformulated version of hair colour line Wella Koleston Perfect, which uses ME+ technology to lower the risk of hair colour allergies and is available across CosmoProf and Armstrong McCall network in the US and Canada.

Sally Beauty senior vice-president (VP) and chief merchandising officer Chad Selvidge said: “As we begin the New Year, we have worked with our vendors to bring an unprecedented amount of new product innovation to our stores and our digital channels.

“These new lines will certainly bring excitement and new customers to our stores.”

Through Sally Beauty Supply, Sally Beauty has also introduced a new vegan hair colour line called Good Dye Young. The line is created by rock band Paramore’s lead singer Hayley Williams. It is sold through sallybeauty.com and selected Sally Beauty Supply stores in the US.

Sally Beauty primarily serves professional stylist and do it yourself (DIY) consumers.
