Fenty Beauty to launch 50 new shades of Pro Filt’r concealer

Fenty Beauty is set to launch 50 new shades of its Pro Filt’r concealer this month.

The brand was founded by singer, songwriter and actress Rihanna in 2017 with the introduction of a 40-shade foundation range and the Match Stix collection of contouring makeup products and concealer.

In the caption of a video posted on Instagram, Fenty Beauty said: “We got the cure to your New Year’s Eve hangover. On January 11, we’re dropping 50 brand new shades of creamy, creaseproof and long-wearing Pro Filt’r concealer”

In the accompanying Instagram video, Rihanna said: “Fenty Beauty to the rescue. We are making brand-new concealer.

“So as long as you know your Pro Filt’r shade, we have a corresponding concealer to match. And you don’t even have to figure it out.”

Fenty Beauty has posted a two-and-a-half-minute tutorial video for Pro Filt’r concealer on YouTube. In the video, Rihanna talks about how to apply the concealer.

Rihanna noted: “Especially with a formula like this that dries down and mattifies eventually, you expect it to start getting tacky. But this formula does not.”

Fenty Beauty intends to launch a further 10 new shades of Pro Filt’r Foundation.
