Deals this week: Entia Biosciences and Pitney Bowes

Entia Biosciences has announced the signing of a licensing agreement with Groh Beauty for its proprietary GROH^®  product line.

Under the agreement, Groh Beauty will have exclusive worldwide manufacturing and distribution rights for the product line. Entia will also supply its ErgoD2 medical food product to Groh Beauty.

Entia is a developer and marketer of pharmaceutical-grade organic compounds, while Groh Beauty is a product developer and manufacturer.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

Pitney Bowes has announced the global optimisation of Adore Beauty’s e-commerce site by providing end-to-end technology and services.

Implementation of the new technology is part of  Adore Beauty’s international expansion strategy aimed at providing its products worldwide.

Pitney Bowes is an e-commerce solutions provider based in the US, while Adore Beauty is an Australian cosmetics retailer.
